NAGA Chicago - May3, 2014
One World - Team Curran Appleton competed as a team on May 3rd 2014. We had 10 competitors go down and had 12 first and second place finishes. Not bad for a "self defense" oriented Jiu-Jitsu academy. The cross training of Judo and Jiu-Jitsu really paid off for the team with most of our competitors scoring the take down in their matches. Congrats to everyone that went down and competed!

I'm sorry to miss you at One World this Friday! I will be teaching yoga to the kids at Horizons Elementary at their health fair. See you Saturday at 9:45!
